A fully sustainable ocean view wedding venue in Big Sur. The house and property has uninterrupted views of the Pacific coast to each far horizon. The gardens and grounds of the forty acre property adjoining the protected lands of the Los Padres National Forest create a completely secure enclave above the Pacific Coast Highway. Hiking trails for the Los Padres National Forest begin at the entrance to the private driveway.

There is a wide meadow to the coastal cliffside. There are two nearby sets of woodens steps that allow one to cross a fence to enter the meadow and walk to the cliffside. The cliffside path has a descent of about 30 feet to the beach which has many small rocky coves. The size of the sandy areas of the beach varies with the time of the daily high and low tides.

Sand Dollar State Beach, 1.3 miles south of the house and can be reached by biking or by car. Para-gliding the ocean thermals above the property is also a popular local sport.
